On Saturday, Morgan, Daddy, and I held down the fort while Mommy went to mix up some more crazy yummies at Dream Dinners. We played during the morning, then Daddy and Morgan worked to install some new light fixtures while I took a nappy nap. When I got up, Daddy had a special surprise…Ice Cream Paradise! We shared a vanilla dish (with 2 cherries!) and a cherry Diet Coke while we made good use of the playground equipment.

Sunday morning started out normal enough with a trip to Lafayette for an errand. We stopped by Mema and Pepa’s and got wrapped up in some of their fancy new toys and, of course, the swimming pool! By the time we got out, it was time to head back to the homestead for a romper room time with Uncle Manata, Aunt Carrie, Riley, and Taylor! Then, shortly after we got warmed up with them, Gigi and Poppa showed up to keep the party kicking! We played and played and played until no more playing came out.
